2. Scope of Services

Whisk-a-Woof offers pet-related products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Pet nutrition consultations

  • Custom diet charts and feeding guidance

  • Fresh meals and meal subscriptions

  • Treats, chews, toppers, supplements, and related products

  • Educational material, guides, workshops, and digital products

Fresh meals are currently available in Pune and Mumbai only. Other eligible products may be available for delivery across India, subject to availability and serviceability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any service, product, pricing, feature, or offering at any time.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete

  • You are using the website and services only for lawful purposes

4. Orders and Acceptance

Any order, booking, or subscription placed with us is subject to acceptance by the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or booking at our discretion, including where:

  • a service is unsuitable based on disclosed details

  • payment fails or is not completed

  • product availability changes

A consultation, order, or subscription is considered confirmed only after payment is received, unless we expressly state otherwise.

5. Nature of Information and Services

Our consultations, diet charts, educational materials, meal recommendations, and website content are intended for informational and service purposes only.

They do not replace veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, or prescribed therapy.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate veterinary advice where required.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including where relevant:

  • pet age

  • breed

  • weight

  • medical history

  • medications

  • allergies or intolerances

  • current diet

  • activity level

  • lab reports, photos, or other records shared for consultation purposes

You are also responsible for:

  • following storage, transition, handling, thawing, reheating, and feeding instructions

  • monitoring your pet’s response to food, supplements, and recommendations

  • seeking veterinary care when necessary

We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete disclosure, inaccurate information, improper storage, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Product Use and Pet Safety

All products must be used responsibly and appropriately for the individual pet.

You acknowledge that:

  • pets should be supervised where common sense and product type require it

  • no edible or chew product is entirely risk-free

  • suitability depends on your pet’s size, chewing style, health, allergies, and dietary needs

  • product selection remains your responsibility unless expressly recommended by us for a specific disclosed case

If your pet has a medical issue, allergy, intolerance, or special risk factor, consult your veterinarian before use.

8. Fresh Meals, Food Products, and Delivery

For fresh meals and other consumable products:

  • products must be stored, refrigerated, or frozen as instructed

  • shelf life depends on proper storage and handling

  • once delivered, responsibility for storage and handling passes to you

  • we are not liable for spoilage, contamination, damage, or deterioration caused after delivery due to improper handling, delayed refrigeration, thawing errors, or misuse

  • dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, operational constraints, or third-party delays

Fresh meals are currently available only in Pune and Mumbai. Other products may be shipped across India where feasible.

9. Consultations and Diet Charts

Consultations and diet plans are based on the information shared by you.

You understand and agree that:

  • recommendations are only as reliable as the information you provide

  • advice may change if new health details emerge

  • follow-up support, revisions, and the scope of service depend on the package purchased

  • extra revisions, extended support, or additional consults may be chargeable separately

Unless explicitly stated, a consultation fee covers only the scope described at the time of booking.

10. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, availability, and package terms at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, and transaction fees may be added where relevant.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We are not liable for failures, delays, outages, or security issues attributable to third-party payment systems.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Subscription Pauses

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.

  • No refund or cancellation will be provided once an order or service is confirmed, except in cases of verified damage

  • Any damage claim must be supported by a clear unboxing or delivery video

  • Claims without proper video evidence may be rejected

  • Perishable products, custom meal plans, diet charts, consultations, and other personalised services are not eligible for refund or cancellation except where required by law or expressly approved by us

For meal subscriptions:

  • pause requests must be made at least 15 days in advance

  • late requests may not be accommodated

  • implementation of any pause remains subject to practical procurement and production timelines

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, diet templates, plans, guides, educational content, images, videos, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Callibo Ventures LLP / Whisk-a-Woof unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • misrepresent your identity or your pet’s details

  • interfere with the website’s operation or security
