All sales are final as products are perishable. We replace items only if damaged, spoiled, or contaminated during transit. Inspect orders on arrival. We are not liable for delays, wrong addresses, or issues after delivery.

For replacements/refunds, email info@whiskawoof.com within 24 hrs with photos/videos of the product in original packaging. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping & sale items non-refundable). Exchanges apply only to defective/damaged items.

Orders received after 2:00 pm are processed the following day. Our courier partners operate daily, but deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are not guaranteed. Each order will be attempted up to three times before being returned to us.

 

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, flight delays, political events, or other unforeseen issues. Whisk-a-Woof cannot be held responsible for inconvenience caused by such delays.
